By accessing or using FormsGH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your phone number and payment details.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final. Once a serial number and PIN have been generated and sent to you, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
3. Delivery
We deliver purchased codes instantly via SMS to the phone number provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the phone number is correct.
4. Limitation of Liability
FormsGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
